Protoscape 88 coordinates your booking and remains your customer contact. Depending on route, vehicle requirements and availability, the transport or tourism service may be fulfilled by a selected independent operator. Relevant service details are confirmed as part of the booking process.
When is my booking confirmed?+
Your booking is confirmed only after the quotation has been accepted, any required payment has been received, and written confirmation has been issued.
Can you accommodate flight delays?+
Provide the correct flight number when requesting an airport transfer. Delay handling depends on the confirmed service terms, driver availability and any waiting-time provisions stated in your quotation.
Can I request a child seat or extra luggage space?+
